Custom and personalized orders

We welcome customized wholesale order. We have the MOQ because custom orders need more time to plan and co-ordinate and is cost effective.

Care instructions

Each order comes with detailed care instructions to ensure that you have the proper guidelines to care for your new product. We cannot be held responsible for damage that was caused by the buyer.

FAQs'

1. Will it take extra days of delivery during the seasonal period?

A: Once a package has been shipped, we have no control over delivery time. Please factor that in during the holidays when parcel usually take longer. We are not responsible for lost parcel. A tracking code is included in each order.

Items will be shipped to the address given at checkout unless otherwise messaged to us before your purchase. We are not responsible for any delays that may be caused due to not informing us beforehand of a different mailing address.

2. What if I change my mind about the product title after I have received it?
A: All sales are final. Please decide carefully before placing your order.

 

Transit Times & Ready to ship Times

The transit days is not factor in local public holidays in origin and receiver city, so please factor in. The transit times is exclude custom clearance. We only able to send from Monday - Friday.
